Pennsylvania and Snow!!

The kids (except for Olivia) on our trip to Pennsylvania! Caleb, Fischer, Sophia and Sophie.
We had a great weekend!! We went up with Travis and Nina and their two kids Sophia and Olivia and Jess and Hawley up to Pennsylvania to see where Jess is from and to visit Jess' nephew Caleb for his 3rd Birthday party! This is Jess with Caleb, Sophia, Sophie and Fischer at Chocolate World in Hershey. The kids loved it!

Fischer and Caleb had a great time together. They play really well together.

Jess and Nina with Sophia and Olivia (on Nina's lap) on the ride at Chocolate world.
Soph and Fish looking at the cows on the ride.
The fam.
Travis and Sophia were taking a picture, so Fischer had to join them.
The kids got a little restless at dinner one night. The food was great!
They went to Bounce U for Caleb's party. After they had pizza and cake. Sophia and Fischer were hammered... they played hard!
Hawley and Sophie at the party. My kids are so great for pictures. :-)
We almost weren't able to go on the trip because Fischer was really sick Tuesday and was on the couch all day Wednesday. But we decided to do it so we packed up and left Thursday evening. On Friday morning Jess treated me and Nina to chocolate massages at the Hershey Hotel. It was such a treat! Nina and I felt so out of place. The massage was so nice, but it was the fastest hour of my life. When we got back the boys went shooting. They had fun with Ron who was overly excited to have them at his shooting range. The kids played outside on the tractor, jumped on a tramp, and just ran around. After naps we went to Chocolate World, ate dinner, and then it was bed time. The next morning we packed up went to Jess' sisters house, Monica. The kids played outside for awhile, we had lunch and then went to Caleb's B-Day party. After the party we drove home. Matt had class in DC on Saturday so he left early that morning. So, that left the rest of us in one suburban. We had to squeeze in there, but we kept the movies going so the kids were happy. Near the end of the trip Sophia said, "My eyes hurt." Poor kids... we just kept telling them to watch the movie. We had a great trip and were sad that it was so short. Jess did a great job of planning it out and Jess' mom was a great hostess. We would definitely do it again!!
Yesterday Sophie kept getting in and out of this basket. It was so funny.
Matt and Sophie were pretending to be the Ghost of Christmas. (that's what Fischer called them)
They were saying boo to Fischer.
On Monday morning we woke up to snow! Our first snow all winter. It was so much fun. Last night we lost power for a couple of hours, but not long enough for it to get cold in the house, so that was good.
Fischer loved playing in the snow. It is still snowing a little. I'm sure it will stop snowing soon and melt, but we have enjoyed having it!

It's nice that you finally got to go somewhere fun for once because where you live is totally not fun. I mean, seriously! What a fun place to visit, I think I might have licked the walls though. I could live in a place that smells like chocolate. Is your snow gone yet?

I didn't see any pics of the kiddies on the ride that dumps them onto the conveyor belt! I have very vivid memories of that from our trip to Chocolate world! Hope you guys are doing well. I love your blog and frequent it more than I would like to admit:) Can't believe how big Fisch and Soph are!
