Fischer had a very fun birthday! Here are some facts about him.
He is such a fun kid. He doesn't play with a ton of toys. He just likes to practice his light saber moves, climb on everything and jump off, and run around. His favorite game is for someone to chase him. At the playground I am the monster and I chase him.
His favorite color right now is blue. But he will say that he likes blue, green, red and yellow.
He loves Star Wars. He asks me everyday if he looks like Luke. He is very upset that Matt has blue eyes like Luke and he doesn't.
Fischer is color blind. He already has problems matching his clothes.
Fischer is a very nice kid. He will tell me that he saw someone who was playing alone and he asked them if they wanted to play with him. He is very patient with Sophie. Sophie and Fischer don't fight as much as I thought they would, and it's because Fischer is patient and kind to her. But when he wants to bug her he knows how. All he has to do is pretend to be a monster and she starts crying.
We call him Fischer, Fish, Fishy, Bubba and he's Dad's buddy.
He loves to help me around the house and helps me load and unload the dishwasher. He also loves to help me cook and breaks the eggs for me.
He loves primary and sings primary songs all day. One day at the park he started yelling the song, "Follow the Prophet".
Fischer is turning into such a great kid. We love him and can't believe that he is 4 already!

We were so exhausted! It was a long labor, but he was worth it!
His first time at the beach at Virginia Beach, Va. He didn't like the feel of sand on his feet. He still doesn't like to be dirty. If any of his clothing gets a little dirty he quickly changes.

He loves camping. He asks to go hiking and camping all of the time. He loves being outside!
The week before Easter our neighborhood had an easter egg hunt. The kids had fun! This was Fischer's birthday. This was the beginning of his special day.
We then had friends over for a Star Wars birthday party. They had to go through an obstacle course to win their prize, win a light saber (made from a pool noodle), and become a Jedi Master.
They had to beat Darth Vader in order to get their prize.

We had fun food! Yoda Soda, Darth Vader root beer, Chewy sandwiches, light saber corndogs, C3P0 cheetos, R2D2 cupcakes, Luke Skywalker Strawberries, Obewon oranges and a light saber cake!
Fischer had a great time at the party. Thanks to everyone for coming. I know Saturday's are busy, so it meant a lot that everyone would take time to come. After everyone left Matt and I cleaned up and then sat down to watch basketball for a minute. Both of the kids were out in five minutes.
Fischer had such a fun time. He never just falls asleep like this.

Fischer had been playing with Matt, so he was all sweaty. He doesn't like it when he is sweaty.
Ela was kind enough to have a fun Easter party at her house. She did an easter egg hunt for the kids and they loved it.
This past weekend Curt and Susan came to visit. We had a great time. We went to San Francisco on Friday and then on a hike and to the beach on Saturday. We had to show them the crazy huge banana slugs.

Easter morning! Fischer asked me if the Easter bunny could talk. I didn't know. I asked Susan and she didn't know either... does anyone know? I think I finally said that he couldn't because he was just a rabbit.

Sophie wanted to put on her new swim suit and wouldn't take it off!

Happy birthday Fischer we wish we were there to celebrate with you! Especially star wars Sam would have been in HEAVEN. Do you remember when we had his 6 month birthday party? At the risk of sounding like an old person this cuties are growing up WAY to fast!
